01

Make the state visible

Publishing begins before the draft. Create one content record with the audience, question, non-goals, owner, category, and planned date. Track every source with its author, URL, verification date, and evidence grade so claims never become stronger than their support.

02

Research and deduplicate

Merge reposts into one source cluster and separate confirmed facts, third-party claims, and ideas that still need testing. A tutorial should contain prerequisites, ordered actions, observable checks, and failure handling. After drafting, compare the title and summary with what the body actually delivers.

03

Review the promise

Give every image a job. Recreate visuals instead of copying source art, add useful alternative text, and keep URLs and watermarks out of the artwork. Treat slug, canonical, hreflang, Article metadata, sitemap entries, and image availability as one release surface.

04

Validate every surface

Build locally and combine automated checks with visual review at mobile, tablet, and desktop widths. Intentionally test a broken image and duplicate slug so the workflow proves it can stop a bad release. Package releases with unique versions and preserve the previous verified build.

05

Release and recover

When a problem appears, roll back the smallest safe surface. Restore one article for a local error or the complete previous release for a build-wide failure. Record the cause and add a preventive check before returning the article to review.
